HELPFUL TIPS that may improve your Ad and the response to your Ad:
(1) Well-written, DETAILED INFORMATION about your pet. You can enter up to 1200 characters in the Ad text so put in as much detail as possible. This large text area offers you an excellent opportunity to mention all the great points about your pet. If you don't put much here then visitors may quickly skip over your Ad to read the Ads that offer more pertinent information. Include the age, coloring, temperament, and special things about your pet such as registrations, vaccinations, your willingness to ship your pet, and what type of payment you will accept.
(2) Nice PICTURES of your pet. You can upload 4 pictures of your pet with each Ad. If you are placing a "Want Ad", it helps to upload a picture of a pet that you are interested in finding.
(3) The CAPTION should clearly describe something interesting about your pet.
(4) PRICE can also be a significant factor in determining response. A blank price will cause many potential buyers to skip over your Ad and look instead for other Ads that list the price. Therefore, it is important to post a price in the "price window" and to make it as reasonable as possible.
(5) CORRECT LOCATION. Make sure the City, State, and Country are entered correctly in your profile since this information will appear in your Ad. These are critical search criteria when someone is looking for a pet. If you have the incorrect information here, then your Ad may not be seen by those in your immediate vicinity.
(6) Consider your COMPETITION. For instance, if you are selling golden retrievers in Texas, then your competition is all of the other Ads for golden retrievers, not just the Ads for golden retrievers in Texas. Breeders in other states may be willing to ship their dogs to Texas, and, Texas buyers may be willing to drive to other states to purchase golden retrievers. So, if you are not getting as much response from your Ad as you want to receive, consider the above tips carefully and review all the Ads of your competition for ideas that will help show buyers that your pet is better than the rest. However, do not become discouraged because there are a lot of people who visit all the Ads and yet they contact only a few pet owners until they find the perfect pet for their needs. The great news is that many people are obviously interested in the breed of your pet, otherwise there would not be so many people viewing your Ad.
If you have found an item you would like to place a bid on, you can do so quickly and easily by following these steps: Login to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you will need to register then get verified, the whole process will take about 5 minutes. Visit the auction page you are interested in purchasing. Bids: Just below the gallery image towards the top of the auction page will be a "place bid" box (if there is not a bid box, then the auction is a "Buy Out" or "Buy Now" only auction). Enter in your bid and click on the “place bid” button. You will then be asked to confirm you bid, once you have done so your bid will be entered, if successful you will receive a confirmation message. If you bid fails to outbid the current high bidder you will be offered the option to place a higher bid.
Buy Now: If a seller designates a "buy out" price, you will see this option just above the auction description. Buy Out prices are set by the seller, if you agree with that price, you can click on the “buy out” button and proceed with your purchase. After clicking on the "buy out" button you will be re-directed to a confirmation page. After clicking the "proceed" button, you are now obligated to purchase this item at the designated price listed.
After I place a bid, can I increase my maximum bid (proxy bid)
Yes, return to the auction page and place your new higher bid. If you are the current highest bidder and you return to increase your maximum bid, the system will not raise your auction current bid, but will only increase your proxy bid. Why did my bid jump so high?
If another bidder has bid a amount higher than the current price, when you bid it will automatically raise the bid amount over the other bidder's bid. In a case where the other bidder has bid more than you, the bid will reflect the bid you have entered as your highest proxy bid.
How will I know if I am outbid?
You will receive an email informing you that you have been out bid. If there is still enough time left before the auction ends, you can return to the auction page and bid again.
Is it possible to cancel my bid?
Yes you can! As long as the auction has not ended and is still current. To retract your bid: log in go to your Bidding page, you will see the auction link for the item you have bid(s) on, beside each link is a "Retract" link. Just click that link.
You must have a valid reason to retract a bid once place abuse of the bidding to find max bids of other bidders will result in being banned.

We at MyPetBids do our best to keep such sellers off our site, but this problem does arise occasionally. We recommend that you send details of the transaction to: admin@MyPetBids.com Be sure to include auction number(s), sellers username, date and method of payment, and any other information that would assist us in our investigation.
We will do our best to find a resolution for you, but there is no way for us to recoup funds for you, or guarantee you any specific results.
We ask that you use "safe" payment methods when making purchases from buyers you are not familiar with. When we say "safe", we are referring to payments through Paypal or Credit Card methods, as you have the chargeback process available for such issues.
MyPetBids strongly recommend that you do not use cash, money orders, checks, or wire transfers to pay sellers you are not familiar with, or sellers that have limited feedback ratings. These payment methods leave little or no recourse for the buyer, in regards to recouping funds paid to the seller.
We will thoroughly investigate all such claims, and then take appropriate action against seller’s accounts that are not in compliance. We will also take steps to prevent them from signing up to sell on the site again.
We suggest filing complaints with the appropriate agencies below, should zBestshop not be able to resolve your issues.

Submit will submit the item in the listing you have highlighted and will only be enabled if you have selected an item, and then there is the Submit all button that will submit all items in the listing that have not already been submitted.
You can tell by the legend at the bottom that items in pink are items that have not been submitted and items in Beige have previously been submitted in maybe a partially submission.
The reason for this is that you may not wish you submit all items at once or you may have cancelled a previous submission half way though the list etc.
Either way the entire listing can be marked as not submitted simply by clicking the button to the right of the find keyword box and has a red cross xon it.
There is also another option to submit a single or selective group of auction items and that is by highlighting the preferred items and right clicking the mouse and choosing Submit selected items only.
By the way the Find keyword box is simply there to help you find a keyword in your listing if your listing grows to a long listing.
When you click the Submit or Submit all button you will be presented with the Submit screen, this screen simply allows you to starting sending your items to the auction and listing them as live auctions.
The actual submission process:
When presented with the submission screen you will see three buttons, Submit, Cancel and Exit.
Depending on which button you pressed in the listing screen the submission will start submitting the items or item to the auction site when you click Submit and you will see the status of the submission for each item in the form of a progress bar that will display the upload progress and show the current item being submitted..
If you decide that you do not wish to submit the entire listing once you have already started then you can click the Cancel button to end the submission.
You will at the end of the submission receive a confirmation of how many successful items where submitted.
On successful submission or partially submission once you close the submit screen you will see that the items that have been submitted to the auction have changed to a Beige color, you can as mention earlier return to that listing at another time and submit all and it will only submit the items still colored in pink, or you can reset them all again using the Mark all ( red cross x ) as not submitted button.
Once you have submitted partially or all of your items you can either use you browser to view the items you have submitted or go to the main screen by clicking the Internet button and view them from the MyPetBidsBulkUpLoader application.
Depending on your auction site configuration you will either see your auctions live or be able to go to your account and make the auctions live by making the payment required if the site is set as 'Pay as you go'.
